Faith — it means different things to different people. To some, faith is something desperately sought in order to persuade God to get into action for some specific purpose "believing God for a miracle". To those who feel they have too little faith, it is a life of constant self-castigation and self-examination to determine, "What's wrong with me?", "Why can't I generate enough faith for God to help me?" These are not examples of scriptural faith.
According to Scripture, "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of Christ." (Romans 10:2 NAS) "Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see." (Hebrews 11:1 NIV) In this series, Bob George cuts through the confusion to explain in his clear and insightful way, How to Live by Faith.
